6. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored and processed in India and in other countries where our service providers run their systems. Where data leaves India, we use reputable providers bound by contractual obligations to protect it, and we transfer data only as permitted by Indian law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account data for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards to deal with questions or claims. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period tax and company law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to an account are deleted when they are no longer needed.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and limited staff access, to protect personal data. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

  • withdraw your consent;
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to; and

To use any of these rights, write to contact@lifehetu.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
