Technology is shaped around how a practice already works rather than forcing every practice into the same setup. That is why requirements come before a proposal, and why implementations differ.

The software handles scheduling, payments, records and coordination. It does not attempt to replace professional judgement or the relationship between a practitioner and a client.

Capabilities, limitations, pricing and workflows are described as they are. If something is not part of a build, LifeHetu says so rather than leaving it implied.
