Ms Akshata Murthy

Ms. Akshata K Murthy is M.Sc Clinical Psychology. She is currently working as a counselor at NIMHANS. Ms. Akshata helps her clients in dealing with stress and distress in different areas of life like relationships, studies, and work-life balance; to deal with anxiety, depression, OCD, anger issues, PTSD, and sleep disturbance; to deal with grief like a breakup in a romantic relationship, loss of a loved one, loss of a job and substance use. Ms. Akshta is a trained Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapist. She helps children with autism and ADHD using applied behavioral analysis (ABA).
